Frequently asked questions

Below you will find the most common Frequently Asked Questions we hear from our patients. Be sure to review them below and if you have any other questions please feel free to give us a call or use our contact us page.

How much will I have to pay for each visit?

This is dependent upon your insurance contract.  Although our staff will verify your eligibility and check your benefits prior to your visit, we always encourage that patients contact their insurance, in order to understand their responsibility.  As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill your insurance company; however, ultimately it is the patient's responsibility for payment of services.  We accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express.  In addition, we accept Care Credit payments (inquire for details).

What can I expect at my first visit?

Next Step Rehabilitation’s goal is to provide superior care and outstanding outpatient physical therapy that will maximize your rehabilitative potential and physical outcome in order to restore function and improve quality of life, plus deliver comprehensive hands-on manual therapy, exercise, education and emotional support to promote restoring health and fitness to you.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Please bring a photo ID and your insurance card.  In addition, bring the prescription from your physician, if you have one.  You can also rint off and complete the initial paperwork under the Forms tab at the top of this page, and bring them with you to your first visit.

What do I need to wear?

Typically it is helpful if you wear comfortable, loose clothing, in order for the therapist to properly evaluate you.  Appropriate footwear is important, as well, if you expect to be performing exercises.  Changing areas are available, for your convenience and privacy.

How long should I expect to be at my appointment?

Expect to be at your appointment for the desired length of service. We will do our best to get you on and going with your day as soon as your service or treatment is completed.  We respect your time and know that is important for therapy to be done correctly, as well as timely.

What if I do not have health insurance?

Our facilities do offer self-pay options. Please consult the front desk staff or call us for further details.
